If you're skeptical, I encourage you to sign up for a trial of their software and try it out. But Splashtop has impressed me (and my techs) with the value for the price, the features, ease of use, and also the support community at their company. I'm familiar with what they can and can't do. If you're saying, "So what, I have a tool that does all of this.", then let me add that I have used most of the other Big Guys out there. You have a bevy of tools at your disposal too- file transfer, screen mark-up, whiteboard, technician sharing, multi or single-screen view (for multiple monitors). Security is a high priority for us and because of that, even though we have it, we don't use the agent-installed/unattended access.

After the session, the code is broken and not usable again for that machine. The end-user gets a code, which they give to a technician and remote support can begin.
